FUNDRAISING

To accomplish our work, we depend on the generosity of our members and support from businesses and the greater community.

The Annual Spring Dinner and Auction is Salem Rotary’s premier event. This dazzling evening welcomes Rotarians, friends and local community members and raises funds and awareness of all the good that our Club achieves throughout the year.

Our members participate in a variety of fundraising activities such as selling a raffle calendar, a golf outing, a weekly raffle, and a local celebrity

bartending event. Members offer up “fines” to celebrate or recognize various achievements and milestones.

Locally, our Club is recognized for its commitment to education. We award up to $50,000 in scholarships to Salem students annually.

Our Club supports Salem-based community programs such as: Department of Children and Families, HAWC, Lifebridge, Salem Public Schools, YMCA and so many more.

Salem Rotary is also part of an international network with members from over 200 countries, and we support life-changing initiatives all over the world.
