Many of the reports are based on the collection of project case information on real-life IT environments and software projects resolved over the last 10 years. Other reports are based on special research projects. Each report contains many charts and tables to highlight and make the research easy to understand and comprehend.

CHAOS Manifesto is a yearly thought leadership and advance research report. The annual CHAOS Report has multiple views of project resolution. The Standish Group research reports are fresh and always up-to-date with the latest thinking on the most important things that your organization can do to foster successful project management leadership. REPORTS FOR 2015

Factors of Success is all new and looks at the top 10 percent of the organizations measured by project success and their skill levels for the 10 CHAOS Factors of Success. This report will be available to members in January.

Modernization in Place updates and combines the Modernization: Pathway to Success and the six steps to modernization as outlined in both Roadmap to the Megaplex and CHAOS Tuesday (our online radio program). This report will be available to members in February.

CHAOS Report updates the 2014 CHAOS Report with the latest CHAOS numbers and information. The updated report presents the 12 most important charts from the CHAOS research. This report will be available to members in March.

CHAOS Manifesto updates the 2014 CHAOS Manifesto with the latest CHAOS numbers and information. More importantly, it updates the radical rules, new thought leadership, and examples of innovation. This report will be available to members in April.

Factors of Value is all new and looks at the top 10 percent of the organizations measured by project value and their skill levels for the 10 CHAOS Factors of Success. This report will be available to members in May.

Tools for Fools is mostly new, but does take parts from the EPPM study and updates those parts. The main purpose of this report is to measure the value of project management tools. This report will be available to members in June.

True Cost of a Project is an update to the current report. The difference is it looks at cost models for a highly mature process model and various types of methodologies and projects. This report will be available to members in July.

Rule of Ten is an update to a current report that outlines four quality assurance levels within the software development cycle as the Rule of Ten. The major difference beside updated data is the breakdown between different types of project methodologies. This report will be available to members in August.

Big Bang Boom is mostly new, but does update some parts of the current version. This report will be available to members in September.

Emotional Maturity is an update to the current Emotional Maturity research report with new data and some new thinking. This report will be available to members in October.

Executive Sponsorship is an update to the current research report with new data and some new thinking. This report will be available to members in November.

Five Deadly Sins: is an update to the research report with new data. This report will be available to members December.

The Skills Appraisals Membership provides a platform for the monthly meeting to run internal workshops. Membership includes all things needed to create and execute 11 workshops with up to 10 people in each session. The membership includes a detailed instruction manual with suggested meeting format, agendas, meeting tips, and questions. The overall environmental workshop has 10 questions that follow the CHAOS Factors of Success. The other 10 appraisals are based on the CHAOS Factors of Success with 10 points for each factor. The output of each workshop is an appraisal report. The appraisal report provides a score based on our research and benchmarked against more than 1,000 other organizations. It also includes suggestions for improvement. In addition, the service includes one-day on-site education and support with a Standish advisor on how to get the most benefit from the appraisals.

There is no limit to the amount of workshops you can execute with this membership. You can conduct them over and over again with different teams. You can update answers and rerun the report. The main benefit is the insight gained into the project working environment. The analysis and report help in the understanding of the workshops.
