01. Applications are open to all Malaysian children aged 6 to 14.

02. The AEON Malaysia Cheers Club is not credit card, debit card or charge card.

03. A non-refundable once-off registration fee of RM20 isrequired of all AEON Malaysia Cheers Club applicants.

04. The AEON Malaysia Cheers Club membership is non-transferable and exclusively for the use of original AEON Malaysia Cheers Club Member.

05. ONLY the AEON Malaysia Cheers Club membership holder is eligible for any rebate or promotion associated with AEON Malaysia Cheers Club.

06 . AEON Co. (M) Bhd. reserves the right to use the database information for marketing purpose.

07. AEON Co. (M) Bhd. reserves the right to decline the issuance, withdraw the AEON Malaysia Cheers Club Card anytime or terminate membership as and when necessary without prior notice.

08. AEON Co. (M) Bhd. reserves the right to suspendor terminate the program at any time deemed necessary. In such case, AEON Co. (M) Bhd. will notify members in advance in the manner AEON Co. (M) Bhd. deems appropriate.

09. AEON Co. (M) Bhd. reserves the right to add, omit or amend the AEON Malaysia Cheers Club Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any newly added or amended Term and Condition will override the existing AEON Malaysia Cheers Club Terms and Conditions.

10. Should any AEON Malaysia Cheers Club member suffer casualty during any event or activity, AEON Co. (M) Bhd. will not be held responsible, though utmost care and safety measures will be the main priority of the organizers.
