Brief Profile of our PartnersRussell O Irechukwu –MLS,FCA, FCIT, CFE Joyce I Bassey – MBA, FCA

Mr Russell O Irechukwu is an alumni of University of Lagos and Lagos State University. He holds a Master degree in Labour Law and Industrial Relations. He is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner. He has attended courses in Harvard Business School, Lagos Business School as well as FATE Program for Aspiring Entrepreneurs.

He worked with KPMG from 1992 – 2001 both in Nigeria and the Atlanta, Gerogia USA offices before commencing private practice. He is the Managing Partner of OR&C Consultants.

He has supervised several accounting, tax and consulting assignments in various industries as well as participated in several business investment/acquisition assignments.

Mrs Joyce I Bassey is an alumni of Yaba College of Technology, Metropolitan School of Business & Management, United Kingdom and Lagos Business School. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds a Master degree in Entrepreneurship. She is also a member of the Project Management Institute – Netherlands.
