database of international commercial arbitration primary and secondary resources.
It contains international and national arbitration conventions, rules, legislation, and decisions, as well as commentary and analysis on those decisions.

Click on Databases A-Z link in the middle of the screen

linked title of the database “Kluwer Arbitration.”
If you are on-campus, the link should take you directly to the database.
If you are off-campus, you will be prompted for your USDOne username and password.

Kluwer Arbitration includes arbitral rules, decisions, and awards from most major trade and investment organizations (NAFTA, ICSID, ICC, CAS, Cairo, etc.). The easiest way to navigate by arbitral institution is to click on Organizations.
Search across the database by keyword, and use the filters on the left hand side to refine your results to Commentary, Awards, or a particular Organization (e.g. UNCITRAL).
Use the Practice Tools tab to construct Smart Charts to easily compare procedural rules across institutions.
From the Books tab, search across all books or select just a few to search from using the buttons on the right. Remember to keep your search terms brief.
