Mein Kampf is a book that is a mixture of autobiography, political ideas and an explanation of the techniques of propaganda.

It is not fully autobiographical because the ideas and facts in the book are not all accurate.

The author of the book hade a chauffeur while creating it, because his writing skills were not very keen.

When writing this book Adolf Hitler was on the rise, however at the time he was not fully recognized as the leader of Germany.

When Hitler was in the works with his book he had much time to spend on it.

This is not because he didn’t have plans, it is because he was in prison.

He was sent to prison for a five year sentence, however he only served from November 1923 to December 20, 1924

Emile Maurice was the chauffeur for Adolf Hitler at the time, then Rudolf Hess took over to finish . The writers lived in the prison with Hitler during his stay

Mein Kampf is the title of the book. This translates to “My Struggle” in English

Four Years of Struggle against Lies, Stupidity, and Cowardice was the title originally of the book.

Max Amann head of the Franz Eher Verlag and Hitler's publisher, is said to have suggested the much shorter

Mein Kampf was published in 1925, and the second volume was published in 1926.

The purpose of the book was to tell the world of Hitler’s plans, and tell about the up rise of Germany, and the decline of all opposition

The book told exactly what Hitler wanted to achieve through political and militaristic ways.

Mein Kampf has a diverse selection of topics.

Hitler talks about political topics the most but he also includes everything else that could relate.

Hitler includes Faith in his writings. Many Americans see Hitler as not

having a religion. However in Mein Kampf, God, Social Darwinism, idealism, and Fate are all included

“The [Nazi party] should not become a constable of public opinion, but must dominate it. It must not become a servant of the masses, but their master!”

“There must be no majority decisions, but only responsible persons, and the word 'council' must be restored to its original meaning. Surely every man will have advisers by his side, but the decision will be made by one man.”

“Germany will either be a world power or will not be at all.” “Blood mixture and the result drop in the racial level is the

sole cause of the dying out of old cultures; for men do not perish as a result of lost wars, but by the loss of that force of resistance which is continued only in pure blood. All who are not of good race in this world are chaff.”

Hitler was one of the most infamous people in the world to date.

Mein Kampf is his autobiography that outlines almost all of the Nazi Party’s ideas that were put in place in the 1930’s and 1940’s.

It was not taken seriously at first, however Mein Kampf is one of the most recognized and famous books in history.
