offers YOU to join us, the MEGA Team, for the unique global project entitled

MEGA GENERATION: THE GAME WITH IMPACT

The project aims to create and launch a global platform for collaborative peer-to-peer environmental learning, creation of eco-innovations, and development of green entrepreneurship worldwide. It will connect on-line learning with off-line practical environmental action through the process of gamification. Ultimately the MEGA Generation platform will contribute to the realization of our MEGA vision:

“Creation of a completely sustainable world, where every person lives an eco-friendly life, has open access to practical learning opportunities, and is able to create positive social and environmental impact in a fun way anywhere in the world.”

Within the project you will benefit from the one-of-a-kind MEGA internship experience of coming to the Republic of Moldova for 2 months, and contributing to the creation, testing, and launching of the MEGA Generation platform, as well as developing and managing community of players around it. You will gain practical knowledge and experience in working in a fast-growing entrepreneurial organization in a developing country, using the gamification approach in behavior changing, delivering on-line and off-line trainings on environmental protection and eco-innovation, and supporting youth in green entrepreneurial initiatives. And at the same time you will discover and enjoy the curious culture and the beauty of natural places of the Republic of Moldova.

GAMIFICATION COORDINATOR

BRIEF DESCRIPTION As a Gamification Coordinator (aka Game Master) your role is to contribute to the development of the MEGA Generation platform further by using the principles and tools of gamification and game design. You will create environmental missions and quests, involve other organizations in doing this, test game features with users, and introduce their feedback. In such way you will be the one transforming the private demo version of the game into a fully operational global platform and thus become one of the platform co-creators.

TASKS Contribute to the programming and design of the on-line gamified platform; Test the platform and its features with users and introduce their feedback; Involve organizations and companies as mission providers within the platform; Create environmental missions and quests within the platform and connect

them to different gamification tools for the ultimate gaming experience.

REQUIREMENTS Interest in gaming, environment protection and green entrepreneurship; Knowledge about coding, game design, and gamification; Minimum 2 months of experience in working in a project team; Skills in working with Visual Studio, Microsoft.NET 4.5, and HTML5; Readiness to spend minimum 2 exciting and adventurous months in the

developing country of Moldova.

EDUCATION COORDINATOR

BRIEF DESCRIPTION As an Education Coordinator (aka Mind Master) your role is to enhance the MEGA Generation platform with valuable educational content on environment protection, eco-innovation development, and green entrepreneurship. You will develop on-line trainings, elaborate educational materials, create the learning context for game missions and quests, and educate the Moldovan youth. In such way you will be the one fueling the platform with meaningful content and engaging people into it and thus become one of the co-creators of the global community around the platform.

TASKS Develop on-line video trainings for the platform missions and quests; Create the Training Center within the platform and elaborate educational

materials on eco-innovation and green entrepreneurship for it; Design, develop, and test the gamified learning process for the whole platform; Deliver trainings on environmental management for Moldovan youth.

REQUIREMENTS Interest in education, environment protection and green entrepreneurship; Knowledge about environmental learning, training/facilitation, and gamification; Minimum 2 months of experience in working in a project team; Skills in training / facilitation, public speaking, and social youth work; Readiness to spend minimum 2 exciting and adventurous months in the

developing country of Moldova.

ABOUT MEGA Moldovan Environmental Governance Academy (MEGA; www.megageneration.com) represents an off-line and on-line community for young people that creates positive social and environmental impact through efficient community learning, networking opportunities and involvement in various environmental initiatives. While being part of this community called the MEGA Generation young MEGA Agents benefit from knowledge and experience in environmental management, social welfare enhancement and green entrepreneurship, as well as receive support from the MEGA Team in establishing their own startups with positive impact.

Evolves the concept and process of experiential learning by integrating fun and impact creation in its process;
