The Thames Suite is the largest

and lightest meeting room. A private entrance and car parking make it suitable for conferences, cocktail receptions and private parties.Floor-to-ceiling windows look out to a private terrace and landscaped gardens. The adjacent Eton Lounge is excellent for private drinks, with its own bar and seating area.

The suite seats up to 180 theatre-style or 200 for a reception. For smaller events it can be partitioned into four rooms, using

sound-proof dividers.

Contemporary and light-filled with an atrium roof, the Buckingham Suite is perfect for meetings, receptions and dinner dances for up to 90 guests. The suite can be divided into four separate, soundproof boardrooms seating up to a maximum of 24 people. These have built-in screens and can be used as a syndicate space for the adjacent Thames Suite.

The Bulstrode Suite’s traditional

decor lends a cosy atmosphere to meetings and events. The suite can

seat up to 90 theatre-style or 72 dinner-dance.

Three large windows overlook the hotel’s landscaped gardens, flooding the room with natural daylight. In the evening, the lighting levels can be adjusted to set the mood. The suite has its own function bar, cleverly hidden

behind bookshelves when not in use.

The Chalfont Suite is a popular venue for private meetings and parties seating up to 110 guests. With natural daylight and mood lighting, the suite is perfect for both daytime and evening events.

For more intimate meetings and private celebrations, the suite can be divided into three rooms using soundproof partitions.

Garden Room

The Garden Room is a contemporary extension of Beeches Restaurant. This light-filled room has large French windows that overlook the hotel’s landscaped gardens and lead onto a private terrace and charcoal barbecue area.

The hotel gardens offer the perfect backdrop for training days, team-building activities and fun events for groups. Make your corporate event memorable with giant Jenga and Connect Four or even a game of croquet on the lawn. We also work with local companies to provide unique team building activities and fun events for groups.

The Bull’s 4-star rooms and suites

are ideal for today’s traveller.

Choose from six room categories: Suite, Grand, Club, Executive, Superior and Traditional rooms.

WiFi is free in all rooms and for added security iPass

connectivity is also available. All rooms feature modern

amenities, flat-screen TVs with UK and international channels, and tea and coffee making facilities. 24-hour room service and full English buffet breakfast are also available.

Higher room categories feature air-conditioning, mini bars and

Jacuzzi baths. Some also have views of the landscaped gardens, Nespresso coffee makers and iPod docking stations.

At the Bull Hotel nothing is too

much trouble for our staff. Our

experienced meetings and events team will work with you to create a package that meets your needs and budget.

Our individually decorated meeting suites can host events of

any size. Choose the Thames or the Bulstrode Suite with their

private garden patios. For a pub-like atmosphere, you can hire the Jack Shrimpton Bar where you can organise a local ale tasting.

BY ROAD

M40 Exit Jct. 2 and take the A355 to Beaconsfield. After ½ mile, at the roundabout, take the A40 to Gerrards Cross. The Bull is situated approximately 2 miles on the right.

M4 Exit Jct. 6 and follow signs to Slough Central A355. Continue on A355 to Beaconsfield. At the roundabout take the A40 to Gerrards Cross.

M1 Take exit 6A and join the M25 for Heathrow, then…

M25 Exit Jct. 16 towards Oxford via M40. Exit at Jct.2 and take the A355 to Beaconsfield. At the roundabout take the A40 to Gerrards Cross.
