Membership Renewals
We kindly ask that members who intend to renew their membership do not discard their 2017 membership Card as the RFID chip inside and external barcode will be revalidated upon membership renewal. As a business committed to sustainability we are always looking for ways to reduce our wastage. We hope that by making small efficiencies in our operations we can make big improvements to our sustainability plan.
Please note that new members and members switching membership types will receive a new card. If members have lost or damaged their card they will need a replacement. Replacement cards are charged at £5 per renewal and these can be requested via email or by calling our ticket office.
Loyalty Scheme
Warwickshire County Cricket Club are delighted to announce a new loyalty scheme for all of our current members. The project is a points based loyalty scheme which will reward members for retail shopping at Edgbaston, both in store and online. The scheme is very simple, customers collect 4 points for every £1 spent at Edgbaston, with a of return of 1p to 1 point.
The following membership types are eligible to be enrolled in our loyalty scheme: All Club membership packages (including Disabled Club Helper, Additional Club Card), Vice Presidents, Honorary Life, Life, WOCCA, Additional Executive Card, Associate, Senior City, Under 21s/Student Club and Junior Bears Club are all entitled to join our loyalty scheme. Please note, Birmingham Bears Season Pass is not eligible for our Loyalty Scheme.

With a fresh look to the Bears’ squad and some exciting young talent recruited to the playing staff, we think 2018 will provide an exciting season of domestic cricket across all three formats.
Our comprehensive calendar of members’ events will be returning once again including; the club AGM, player net sessions, members quiz, the club end of season dinner and our annual carol service. We will also look to host sessions with guest speakers throughout the season, please check warwickshireccc.com and your emails for updates. The domestic T20 competition will once again culminate at T20 Blast Finals Day in September. Now in it’s seventh year at Edgbaston, Finals Day has become one of the best fixtures in the national sporting calendar with it’s mixture of fancy dress, top quality cricket and the unmistakable Edgbaston atmosphere.
England will be returning to Fortress Edgbaston twice in 2018, first playing arch-rivals Australia in the only IT20 of the summer, before facing India in a Test match that promises to be an unmissable contest. England are now unbeaten in their last seven consecutive games at Edgbaston, but with a plethora of the world’s best players vying to beat them, perhaps 2018 could be England’s toughest challenge in recent years.
Tickets and memberships will be on sale from Monday 11 September 2017 at 10am, with members priority ending on Monday 9th October at 5pm. Fans can purchase by completing the attached application form or visiting the ticket office at Edgbaston, between 10am and 5pm Monday – Friday, or calling us on 0844 635 1902.

Our Club Membership guarantees the best value for watching cricket at Edgbaston. While many clubs have now removed T20 from their membership domestic offering, we are pleased to announce that all of our membership categories will once again offer access to all three formats of domestic competition.
Full Club is available for members aged 21 to 59, while Senior members are classed as aged 60 or over. Dates are applicable as per 1 April 2018. In order to qualify for these categories, members may be asked for proof of age, address or disability registration.

David Heath SuiteSituated in Block 9 in the iconic RES Wyatt Stand, the David Heath Suite is a more intimate setting for cricket with a private members’ bar serving hot and cold snacks.
Executive ClubOur Executive Club membership offers access to all domestic cricket in our premium Warwickshire Suite and includes all of our usual Club membership benefits. Additionally, Executive members have access to make dining reservations on domestic match days in our restaurant within the Warwickshire Suite, as well as complimentary tea and coffee available all day.
Executive Club Additional CardAdditional cards can be bolted on to any Executive Club membership purchased, which offers exactly the same benefits but at a discounted rate. Domestic Car Park Pass from £100Prices will rise to £125 post 31 January 2018
Book a guaranteed on site parking space for all 2018 domestic cricket matches with our Domestic Car Park Pass. There are only a limited number of passes available per season, so please purchase or renew quickly to avoid disappointment. Senior City £155Prices will rise to £180 post 31 January 2018
This is a closed membership group and is offered exclusively for existing 2017 Senior City members. Applicants must provide their 2017 membership number when applying for this membership package. This membership and benefits package is very similar to our Club membership, but with access to just one of our members areas, the David Heath Suite. This restriction also applies when booking any Major Match Day cricket at Edgbaston.

Traditionally, Edgbaston Test matches vs India have been high scoring affairs with displays of individual brilliance often stealing the headlines.This was most recently highlighted when Alastair Cook just missed out on a triple-century in 2011.
India’s batsmen have historically struggled for runs in Birmingham, but with the likes of Cheteshwar Pujara and Virat Kohli in the tourists side, you can expect an incredibly competitive game at Fortress Edgbaston. Q: When will I receive my membership card?A: Renewing members will not receive a new membership card. Barcodes and RFID chips are renewed and revalidated once we receive your membership application and take payment. Membership handbooks and Beyond theBoundary will be shipped and distributed to members in February 2018. If you change address or have any other issues in the meantime, please contact our Ticket Office.

Q: What ID is required for Student Club Membership and Disabled Club Membership?A: We accept NUS cards or university ID cards for our student memberships. We ask that disabled applicants provide proof of Personal Independence Payments (PIP) or Disability Living Allowance (DLA). If you have any further questions or are in receipt of additional benefits please contact us.
Q: Can I apply for an additional card for someone not living at the same address as me?A: Unfortunately, additional card memberships must be for applicants living at the same address. FAQ’S: Loyalty Card
Q: How do I collect points with my Membership card?A: Points can be accrued on any purchases in store or online. Customers will collect 4 points for every £1 spent at Edgbaston, with a cash of return of 1p per 1 point collected.
Q: How do I collect points online?A: Members need to sign up for an online account at edgbastonshop.com. From there, members can link up their membership number with their online account and begin earning points. Please allow 24 hours for registration for any point migration to be processed.
Q: How do I check my points balance in store?A: You can see your balance on any till in the club shop, Indoor Cricket Centre or online.
A: How do I spend my points?A: At check out, online and in store, you will be prompted with the option to deduct the value of accrued points from the total value of your purchase.
Q: I purchased a product using my points, am I still entitled to an exchange or refund?A: Yes, if you are taking a product back into store, please ensure you bring your membership card which was used in the transaction so the points can be credited back on to the account. Our standard refund policy applies for the products.
