French doors, private terrace patios and meeting spaces create a warm intimate environment. With plush accommodations for groups, River Terrace Inn provides a complete package, tailored to every occasion.

C U V É E B A L L R OOMOur newly renovated approximately 1366 square feet ballroom faces the Napa River, and will accommodate groups of 50-120 perfectly. A variety of events and group functions can use various portions of the space, or the entire ballroom.

C U V É E B A R R E L AThe other half of our ballroom, adjacent to the Cuvée Barrel B, is the Cuvée Barrel A, featuring approximately 785 square feet of indoor meeting and event space. It is ideal for larger groups or more spacious room sets for your meeting. Featuring a built in drop down screen and projector for AV needs, this room is the perfect blend of natural sophistication and modern convenience, with French doors allowing natural views of the Napa River and nature preserve. Enjoy a working lunch or breakout session in the outdoor terrace associated with the room just across the river walk path.

C U V É E B A R R E L BSeparating half the ballroom, this room is the perfect setting for an executive meeting or intimate dinner. The Cuvée Barrel B offers approximately 581 square feet of meeting and event space, with French doors leading to an outdoor terrace and views of the Napa River. It can accommodate up to 50 guests and features a built-in drop down screen and projector for AV needs.

B OR DE A U XSporting approximately 318 square feet of sleek meeting space, plush executive leather chairs, the Bordeaux is a high-tech environment for powerhouse board meetings, think-tanks and roundtables for up to 14 people.

meeting & event guidelinesPlease review the following details and be prepared to discuss with our expert team to ensure we are able to assist with your meeting or event.

• River Terrace Inn is happy to offer special room rates for groups of 10 rooms or more, rates are subject to availability and will vary based on seasonality and hotel availability. Please inquire with one of our experts to get specific pricing for your group of rooms.

• If you have less than 10 rooms but are planning a meeting, we can often offer you partially discounted rates that are a percentage off best available rates with the booking of a meeting or event.

• We are happy to assist you with your meeting or event without any room accommodations, please let us know and our River Terrace Inn sales team can assist you fully in setting up the space needs you may have.

• Let River Terrace Inn collaborate with you for all your event menu needs. We are delighted to offer you selections from our banquet menus or to work with you and our culinary team to design something personalized to meet your needs perfectly.

• We will gladly recommend a selection of wines to pair with your event, of you can select from our various beer and wine or full bar packages as well. River Terrace Inn wants to make sure you have everything you need to make your picture-perfect event come together effortlessly. Should you desire to bring your own wine, this is also possible; a corkage fee will be applied.

• If you have large or small scale AV need for your meeting or event, we are happy to be of assistance. With a variety of in house options for simple needs or by arranging your more elaborate presentation needs with one of our preferred vendors, River Terrace Inn can support any of your technology needs.

• Pricing for events will vary based on the times you need the space, what space you select, and the menu items you select. If you can give us a specific idea of what you have in mind we can try to give you a starting price point.

• In order to hold the date for your event, we require a deposit and a signed contract. Your deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied to your account the day of your event.

• Payment is due in full the date of the event. Payment must be applied to one account, rather than collected separately from numerous individuals. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and JBC.
