With sandstone arches, lakeside settings and landscaped grounds, Bond University’s idyllic surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for your next event.

Located in Robina on the Gold Coast, Bond University Events Centre is easily accessible and offers free parking for all event attendees.

Our function facilities are flexible and are designed to cater for events of all sizes – from large conventions, seminars and new product launches through to more intimate meetings, social functions and corporate programs.

WELCOME

In addition to our main function rooms, we have an array of high end lecture theatres, case study rooms and and seminar style classrooms.

Bond also offers a variety of picturesque outdoor options such as the ADCO Amphitheatre, the campus centrepoint (known as the Sundial), or our lakeside Ornamental Lawns which can accommodate marquee events.

PRINCETON ROOM

The Princeton Room is a flexible event space which allows you to custom design your function configuration to suit your event’s needs. This venue features capacity to seat up to 330 guests (banquet style) or 450 in a cocktail reception format.

This facility is fully licensed and has a dedicated bar facility, state-of-the-art audiovisual systems which includes a ceiling mounted projector, in-built retracting projection screen and floor to ceiling windows with views over the campus and Lake Orr.

UNIVERSITY CLUB

The University Club is a fully licensed facility offering sweeping views of Lake Orr and Bond’s iconic sandstone arches. Its floor to ceiling windows, provide a magnificent backdrop for your event. This venue is ideal for both corporate and social functions and offers capacity to seat up to 120 people. This facility offers state-of-the-art audio visual systems, in-room lectern, ceiling mounted projector and retractable projection screen for formal presentations.

THEATRES

Bond University’s lecture theatres provide the perfect facility to host your next product launch, conference or corporate presentation. Our auditorium style theatres use the latest state-of-the-art audio visual and technical equipment.

ADCO AMPHITHEATRE

The ADCO Amphitheatre is a unique outdoor space suitable for both daytime and evening events. With a seating capacity of more than 300 people. The Amphitheatre is a cultural and artistic venue ideal for an open air reception and cocktail party.

ORNAMENTAL LAWNS

Bond University’s Ornamental Lawns provide the perfect lakeside setting and is an ideal location for a marquee event or open air soiree.

LAKESIDE

Celebrate your cocktail event at our newest outdoor space over looking the lake.

DON’S

A flexible event space encompassing a function room and outdoor covered pavilion area, which overlooks Lake Orr and its fountain. This venue is suitable for medium to large scale events. Don’s operates a fully licensed bar and offers a range of catering options.

SUNDIALOverlooking the iconic arch, the Sundial area is perfect for your welcome reception or cocktail event under the stars.

PINE FOREST

The pine forest is an enchanting space for your unique event.
