HALL 2 EXECUTIVE MEETING ROOMSExecutive Meeting Rooms are highly functional meeting rooms
that offer undisturbed privacy in a formal business setting. The
Executive Meeting Rooms are fully equipped allowing you to
conduct your meeting with minimal preparation and no hassle.
Each suite includes:
■ One boardroom table
■ Lockable cupboard
■ Eight chairs
■ Wastepaper basket
■ Coat stand
■ Basic AV equipment: Plasma Screen & VGA Cable
■ Company listing in the Product and Services Directory
within the Exhibition Catalogue and on the event website
■ Allocation of complementary exhibition passes for staff and
guests
The Executive Meeting Rooms share a communal reception area,
reception counter and refreshment area. Basic business centre
facilities are available along with tea, coffee, and water. Only
applicable to Hall 2 Executive Meeting Rooms.

host intimate meetings, discussions, or other sessions with clients. Each room is available on a daily basis and is equipped with tables
and chairs. Choose from one of the options below for your meeting room:
