Rob is VP1, Alicia isVP2, Dan is VP3 per second paper ballot count to break ties. Alicia deferred to Rob for VP1 role after the tie vote.

Community ForumTimothy Denherder-Thomas, General Manager of Cooperative Energy Futures and board member of Community Power MN presented on community owned solar and how the community can support it to democratize ownership of solar through solar on the St. Paul schools (and other large buildings). timothy@cooperativeenergyfutures.com5. Committee reports and updates

● Land Use & Economic Development-- Amy Gage Last six months has been dominated by Marshall Avenue. Looking to refocus efforts to the future, possibly a restorative justice talking circle and having members bring guests toward more diversity.

● Environment & Parks-- Drew Ross No meeting. Next month: cell tower

● Transportation Cretin Working Group Memo to be laid over to the next meeting based on lack of representation at this meeting. Amy seconded. Approved.

Here is how you become a member / Here is how you lose voting status is being announced at CLUED.Four committees currently if we include Neighborhood Involvement CommitteeHenry Parker agrees to chair Transportation so that a board member is present at meetings. Committees are

where the work is done; members are to attend a committee. Discussed ways to divvy up membership. Executive and WSNAC have historically counted as a committee. Board members may vote for at committees, not just one. Lucas/Amy moved/seconded adopting the “Highland Park process” to assign primary committee membership based on seniority and need. Preference will be communicated to Brandon before the December meeting. Motion passed with one opposed. Amy is CLUED co-chair through May. 8. Announcements: Jeremy-- Lex Ham Annual meeting was held. Lucas Riley is new board president.
