Join us for our spring faith retreat at the beautiful Warren Willis Camp in Fruitland Park, Florida on April 22 - 24. In less than a weekend, you will cover most of the Project Connect material. St. Luke’s offers many opportunities to connect with others socially and spiritually. If you would like assistance finding a group, contact the Connect office at 407.876.4991 ext. *262 or email [email protected].

Cluster Groups are made up of 20 or more people who have a common interest, life stage, or neighborhood. These people gather together once a month creating an accepting Christ-like community where everyone is cared for and everyone gets connected. Gathers for special events

Buddy Break: Provides free on-campus respite care once a month in partnership with St. Luke’s and Nathaniel’s Hope to bring hope and encouragement to families that have children with special needs.

Card Ministry: Send cards to those hospitalized, new members, our military, veterans, and shut-ins.

Dinner for Eight: Gather monthly at members’ homes to share a meal and fellowship. Potluck on Sunday, April 17 at 12:30 p.m. at Dr. P. Phillips Community Park at 8249 Buenavista Woods Blvd. Beverages provided. R.S.V.P. to 407.351.6517 or 407.351.5594.

Divorce Recovery: Helps the individual/family understand the stages and challenges of divorce

Grief Recovery: Rediscover hope in life, process the emotions of loss, accept the changes that loss brings, release the adverse effects of grief and loss, and learn to trust in the goodness of life anew. Join Pastor David’s class on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. in Building B Room 203.

Healing Prayer Service: Join us at 10:30 a.m. and at 12:15 p.m. in the Chapel of Building C on the first Sunday of each month. (Services are held on the second Sunday of the month following a holiday weekend.)

Hearts to Hands: Knit and crochet prayer shawls, newborn and preemie hats and blankets, and prayer squares. Instruction available. Meet on the second Tuesday of each month in the Special Events Dining Room in Building C. Take FREE knitting/crochet classes on Wednesdays at 4:00 p.m. in Building C Room 200.

In-Home Care: Support families and individuals with meals, communion, and transportation as requested.

Military Service Support: Offer prayers, emails and notes of encouragement, and care packages to those deployed worldwide.

Prayer Ministry: Prays over prayer requests Sundays between worship services and Wednesday mornings in the Chapel in Building C. If you are in a crisis due to your health, job, or in other areas in your life, come to the Chapel for prayer Sundays at 10:30 a.m. and put those burdens on the altar.

Stephen Ministry: Caring Christians who are trained to offer confidential one-on-one support to those that are hurting

United Methodist Women: Come together with women who combine fellowship, study, worship, and outreach opportunities. Attend the UMW Rummage Sale on Saturday, April 2 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall. Proceeds benefit St. Luke’s missions. Join us at the UMW Tea on Saturday, April 23 at 1:00 p.m. Tickets are on sale ($16/person) at st.lukes.org/tea and between worship services in Building C. United Methodist Women Circles: Focus on fellowship and benefiting UMW Missions
