Hello  everyone!    My  name  is  Amy  Ashburn  and  I  will  be  

your  First  Grade  Teacher  for  the  2018-­‐2019  school  year.    I  am  so  excited  for  this  year  to  begin!    I  have  been  a  teacher  at  Stocker  for  18  years.    It  is  very  important  to  me  that  my  students  learn  to  say,  “I’ll  try”    instead  of  “I  can’t”.    We  are  a  team  and  I  like  to  have  a  lot  of  fun  while  helping  the  children  learn  so  many  new  things!      

 My  husband  Cory  and  I  live  in  Union  Grove  and  enjoy  spending  Qme  with  our  two  boys.    Cody  is  11  and  is  in  6th  grade.    Dylan  is  9  and  is  in  4th  grade.    They  keep  us  VERY  busy  and  are  full  of  smiles  and  energy.    In  my  free  Qme  I  like  to  spend  Qme  outdoors  and  travel  to  see  new  things  with  my  family.
