Presidio will consider all possible suppliers fairly in its subcontracting program and will seek the best possible candidates to satisfy the objectives of the work to be performed, all factors considered. The Teaming Coordinator, Procurement and Contracts personnel are directed to solicit firms qualified to support major requirements. Our policies regarding the use of M/WBE businesses specify that we focus efforts to assure all businesses have an equitable opportunity to compete for subcontracts. When appropriate to the RFP requirements and Purchase Orders, we actively seek and place contracts with M/WBE’s, and otherwise use best efforts to place subcontracts to support programs such as the M/WBE program.
