We provide a full range of medicines management and optimisation services, backed by many years’ experience in commissioning and providing clinical medicines-related services across a range of NHS and social care sectors. We lead three large Area Prescribing Committees serving over 16 CCGs and surrounding trusts. Our health care systems knowledge means we can solve medicines issues between organisations and deliver at scale across ICS/STPs.

Our clinical medicines services include medicines optimisation clinics, polypharmacy, de-prescribing and care homes medicines review. Our strategic medicines services support medicines decision-making, policy development, clinical guidelines, formulary management, horizon scanning, QIPP planning and new medicines introduction.

Our at-scale services include industry-leading Aristotle solutions for medicines-related data, giving users rapid access to a suite of intelligence tools and reports, end-to-end NMP management, primary care rebates and High-Cost Drug Validation at scale.

We estimate we can save each CCG at least £250k p.a, and achieve around 5% waste reduction (items).
