MED VACDesigned for applications requiring a heavy duty vacuum/gas sealer, the MED VAC floor standing sealer sets the standard for ease of validation and is usable with a wide variety of pouch materials in clean room or general medical pouch sealing applications.
The MED VAC is the sealer of choice for high volume medical vacuum sealing applications with its standard independent vacuum, gas, seal and cool timers, electric vacuum pump and ported exhaust system.

PVT MEDThe PVT MED validatable tabletop vacuum pouch sealer is ideal for those medical packagers with limited space, budget or production requirements where the security of a medical vacuum sealer is needed.
Available in three sealbar lengths, the PVT MED comes with a temperature controller with digital readout, programmable pressure switch, digital display, alarm system, verification ports, ported exhaust and independent vacuum, gas, seal, and cool timers.

VACUUM/GAS SEALERS Packaging Aids manufactures a complete line of nozzle (snorkel) style vacuum/gas bag sealers suited for most packaging applications. PAC jaw sealers range in sealing lengths from 12” to over 120” in a variety of configurations, from tabletop to floor standing models for horizontal or vertical use.
BAND SEALERSPackaging Aids has developed the first truly validatable continuous band sealer for medical packaging requirements. We offer an array of rotary band sealers from tabletop systems with integrated printers to floor standing vertical and horizontal units with calibratable controllers for sterile packaging applications.

500 MED SERIESDesigned for ease of validation, the 500 MED SERIES are horizontal or vertical band sealers that have been designed with Packaging Aids’ exclusive alarmed digital seal temperature, speed, and pressure controls to provide the ultimate in seal integrity. IMPULSE SEALERSPackaging Aids offers an extensive line of impulse pouch heat sealers for applications requiring seal validation. All sealers include our MedPAC control system for real time monitoring of all parameters, including temperature, dwell, and seal pressure with an alarm system for immediate cycle abort when outside of validated tolerances.
MED-OBThe MED-OB is a ruggedly constructed open-back floor standing cabinet designed for heavy-duty work loads with high production requirements. Vertrod sealers provide quality, air tight and water tight seals in all materials ranging from seal temperatures of 200° F to 650° F.

PT MEDThe PT MED tabletop impulse sealer is designed for applications with limited space, budget, or production requirements. It has ported exhaust for use in clean room applications, and also provides maximum seal integrity and consistency. SEAL VALIDATION
This term defines the three parameters that create a seal: time, temperature and pressure. Validation is the process the user performs to assure each seal is made with these parameters at the correct value. PAC medical sealers address this need with control systems that monitor and alarm if one or more are not correct during this seal process. This allows the user to verify the sealer performance by using the output ports of the sealer. The performance of the validation process can be documented.
