Performance Pay Update
As you can see from the latest Performance Pay updates, our current Patient Satisfaction
scores have taken a considerable dip since the new tracking period began. As of 11/30, our
patient satisfaction scores measure at only 65%. Although these are the first concerning dips
in scores that we have seen in the new tracking period, we want to be proactive in
improving declining scores before a trend develops.
In addition, the key driver with the lowest score currently is TEAMWORK.
Remember AIDET, should be used on every call to improve communication with our
patients. Please continue to focus on using the tools that were presented in November’s
InService.
As always, if you have any questions about Patient Satisfaction or the tools presented in both
October and November InService (AIDET and TEAMWORK) please contact your immediate
supervisor.
We are all here for the common purpose of providing an excellent patient experience. If we
work together, we can bring our patient satisfaction scores up to at least 68% and receive a
payout for this new tracking period.

The Quality Improvement
team occasionally needs
crews to participate in
projects for the purpose of
data collection. Data
collection is a process that
involves gathering
information in order to
establish answers to research questions, and is a
critical component of the research process. Research
is constantly underway to ensure Medic is providing
quality services and establish areas and methods for
improvement.
If you would like to be considered for involvement,
please send an email to Tiffany Nash at
[email protected] and your name will be placed
on a list of willing participants.
Volunteers Needed
Please be aware that for safety reasons, Matthews
Police has requested that Medic units no longer
utilize the Team Road exit onto Matthews
Township Parkway (aka Hwy 51) when leaving
Matthews Police Station #2.
Drivers heading south on Hwy 51 are unable to see
units exiting Team Road until the very last second.
The preferred/alternate route is to make a left out of
Station #2, right onto Sam Newell Road followed by a
right onto Hwy 51.
Thank you in advance for your efforts to ensure the
safety of all drivers near the Matthews Police Station
#2.
