They’re artists and journalists who constantly find innovative ways to fill the world with their ideas, impressions, and insights. In our Digital Photography program, our talented and experienced instructors* will guide your development, both creatively and technically. From the very start, you’ll work with technology similar to what professionals may use—tools that include digital cameras, slide and transparency scanners, and image manipulation software like Adobe Lightroom. It’s a step-by-step process that’s all about preparing you for a future when you can do what you love, for life.

YOUR TRANSFORMATION BEGINS HERE.As you get to work in a creative and supportive environment that’s similar to the real world, you’ll begin with the basics, including color management, lighting techniques, and the fundamentals of digital photography. We’ll help you apply those fundamentals both in studios and on location, in natural and artificial light, and in digital formats. Our instructors will use their professional experience to help you grow artistically and technically as you explore photojournalism, editorial, and documentary photography, and understand the business side of the industry.

As you approach graduation, you’ll have the opportunity to create a digital portfolio and your own website. And with the help of our network of career services advisors, you can enter the job market with your eyes open and your possibilities unlimited.
