Digetic sounds of interviewer and police officer.

Various camera shots will be used during the interview.

First a tripod will be set up to show a two-shot of the interviewer and the police officer.

We will also use the rule of thirds shot to create a looking room.

Mixed with over the shoulder shots of the interviewer talking and point of view shots of the interviewer looking at the police officer while he talks.

Interview takes place.

We will discuss the procedure a police officer goes through when someone has been caught.

Past experiences.

What’s been done to prevent it.

Page 5: Media Studies

Here we will be interviewing/ talking to someone who commits the offence but hasn’t been caught, we will be asking him why he does it and why he thinks it is ok.

We will also ask what he would do if he got caught and if he is aware of the convictions he could face. The seriousness of what could happen and its implications to others.

A short flashback of the occasion.

Once again diagetic sound.

Conversation between interviewer and Offender.

Bright lighting, to cast a shadow figure of the offender onto a green based wall background to create offenders silhouette.

Over the shoulder of interviewer.

Flashback:

Blurred point of view shot of male attempting to get into car.
