NORTHERN COURT HEARINGS WILL RESUME ON THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2015 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (April 15, 2015) (Guam Judicial Center – Hagåtña, Guam) The Judiciary of Guam is pleased to announce that its remote server is back up and running at the Northern Court Satellite. A release issued yesterday indicated that hearings scheduled at Northern Court for the duration of the week would be rescheduled; however, quick resolution to the server issue has allowed the Northern Court to resume all its normal operations. All MCC and Small Claims court hearings that are on calendar for Thursday, April 16 and Friday, April 17 at the Northern Court will take place as scheduled.
