How effective is the media product use, develop combination of your main or challenge forms and product and ancillary texts?My A2 media studies coursework required me and my group to make a music video with our ancillary talk of making a digipack for the band, along with a poster advertising the album. As a group we decided that the genre for our song is pop rock, through our genre decision we looked at other videos within this genre and took ideas from them and implemented them into our music video. I did this, so that our video can branch out to a wider audience, as well as keeping the focus audience interested in the song and video.

For one of the Ancillary tasks, I need to create a magazine advertisement for the Band's new poster.

This is the inspiration for my finished poster. Unlike normal posters, there isn’t an image of the band on the poster. Instead there

is only the band name.

The poster also includes the tour dates of the band.

Along with the record label they are signed too

The album title is also included in the poster, which they will be playing
