There is extensive space available for banners with a cost of £600 + VAT per 5 metre section* (480mm x 915mm) in full colour including installation for the duration of your event. Size of your banner, 4,090mm x 270mm *Minimum order is 3 banners (up to 14 days).Column wraps and drop down banners are also available to dress inside the Civic Centre. Pillars outside the Civic CentreYour message or brand can reach the outdoor market on pillars that stand proudly outside the Civic Centre. The costs are £190 + VAT per pillar*. Size of your pillar, 1,060mm x 960mm

1 Civic Centre Dressing 1.1. All artwork must be designed by Brent Design Team or by a professional design company.1.2. Brent Council reserves the right, at any time, to cancel any advertising order without stating the reason for doing so.

This includes, but is not limited to, adverts deemed inappropriate, unprofessionally designed or political.1.3. No liability will be accepted for delays in artwork being displayed, neither will delays be accepted as breach of contract.1.4. Artwork must adhere to Brent advertising policy 1.5. The advertiser (or booking agent) agrees to be liable for the payment of all charges incurred 1.6. The copyright of any artwork created by Brent Design Team is owned by Brent Council1.7. All artwork must be paid for in advance1.8. Thirty days notice will be given of any rate change. work performed or costs incurred in addition to the following cancellation rates:• 30 days before printing deadline: 75 per cent of total cost of advertising• less than 30 days before printing deadline: 100 per cent of total cost of advertising4 Equalities and Advertising4.1 Posters should be in plain English and adhere to Advertising Standards Authority Code and Brent Advertising Policy.5 Advertising deadlines5.1 If we are creating the advert for you, the deadline is 28 days before display date 5.2 If you are supplying us with completed artwork, the deadline is usually 21 days before display date.
