The event is aimed at visitors who are interested in educating themselves, acquiring, experiencing and enjoying music and all the benefi ts and pleasures it brings to their lives.
They want to pamper themselves with the fi ner things in life, and consider audio, home entertainment and headphones/portable audio to be elements that can enhance their wellbeing. They are also happy to indulge their varied passions and treat themselves to high quality, luxury products such as watches, cars, recreational vehicles, craft beer, wines, spirits, cheese, homewares and much much more that make their lives more enriching, fun and enjoyable.
The purpose of the show is to bring discerning consumers with disposable income to a venue to present them with
new and exciting opportunities that will excite and exhilarate them, enhancing their lives further. We will connect them with additional sectors and brands that they may be unfamiliar with. For example, better quality music to wine lovers; exquisite chocolates to home cinema fans etc.
It is anticipated that our visitors will have an average household income of around £70,000-£80,000; this is approximately three times higher than the national average. The average annual disposable income of people living within easy reach of the venue is £40,000; a considerable amount compared to the UK average of £17,600*.
Within a 5 mile radius of the Novotel London West there is a population of approximately 2.65 million people, including around 1 million people who live in the wealthiest London boroughs.

Leave the A4 at the Hammersmith turning and proceed along Hammersmith Bridge Road to the large roundabout underneath the fl yover. Take the fi fth exit off the roundabout. Then turn left into Shortlands – the main hotel entrance and parking will be on your left-hand side.

Hammersmith Underground Station is adjacent to the hotel with access to the Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith & City Lines.
BY AIR
London Heathrow Airport is just 20 minutes away by taxi or directly accessible via the Underground on the Piccadilly Line from Hammersmith.
London Gatwick Airport can be reached by Victoria Station and then taking the Underground District Line from Hammersmith. London City Airport is 50 minutes away by DLR and Underground.

To feature your brand and company at The Indulgence Show we are offering several exhibitor opportunities including a shell scheme exhibition area, space only areas, syndicate rooms – both large and small, and hotel bedrooms.
The cost of exhibiting has been deliberately set at rates that are considerably lower than other mainstream events to make The Indulgence Show accessible to all companies.
Space only areas in the Chablis Suite are available for £175 per square metre and shell schemes can be added for just £30 per square metre.
Syndicate rooms are available for £125 per square metre. The largest suite is available for £24,000 (192 sq m), the smallest for £2,500 (20 sq m) and a bedroom costs £1800 for the full four days (set up day, plus three show days). All rooms are supplied empty of furniture and with power and lighting.
Large syndicate rooms can also be offered on a part rental basis to enable multiple exhibitors to share the space and costs.
Opportunities to exhibit in the open plan foyer areas are also available at £500 for a 3m wide x 1.5m deep pitch, suitable for table top presentations with pop up banners.
All exhibitors will receive a FREE 50-word listing in the printed show guide, a 100-word profi le on the show website, and a listing and location guide on the show app.
The show set up day is Thursday 13th October 2016 and the show will be open from 10am – 7pm on Friday 14th; 10am – 6pm on Saturday 15th and from 10am – 4pm on Sunday 16th October.

BEDROOM – empty of furniture and includes power socket and lighting.
SHELL SCHEME – includes foamex infi ll panels, ceiling grid, 300mm fascia and name board; electricity costs to include power socket and 2 spotlights are charged as extra at £120.
SPACE ONLY – you must provide table/display counter and any branding materials £125 per square metre.
An additional 500 watt socket will cost £50.90. Also, exhibitors can purchase an additional 500 watt socket in the Champagne Suite that can take a four or six way bar. All rates exclude vat

To make it easy and more convenient for you, we have introduced staged payments to secure your space at The Indulgence Show.

The Indulgence Show organisers are committing over £200,000 to conduct a national advertising, marketing and PR campaign to promote the event to a local and national audience across print, digital, outdoor and broadcast media platforms.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
There are many opportunities available for exhibitors to increase their brand exposure at the event, including:
Sponsorship of wristbands – every visitor is issued with a wristband.
Sponsorship of lounge areas – within the show area there will be a number of chill-out lounges available for visitors to relax in (and for exhibitors to hold informal meetings and discussions).
Advertising on fl oor stickers in entrance – there are 50 450mmx450mm tiled squares available for exhibitors to use to feature their show logo and stand location details.
Advertising in awards brochure – to accompany the awards ceremony, an A5 booklet will be produced with advertising pages available for exhibitors.
Advertising in show guide – every visitor to the show will receive an A5 booklet which contains advertising pages for exhibitors.
Sponsorship on the show app exhibitor fi nder – the bespoke mobile app includes exhibitor listings, fl oor maps and detailed information about each exhibitor. Sections of the app will be available for sponsorship.
Other sponsorships – details of additional sponsorship opportunities will be made available through our regular newsletters.

YOUR BOOKING WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION FEES AT THE FOLLOWING RATES:
206 - 178 days 50% of total booking fee (21st March - 16th April)
179 – 90 days 75% of total booking fee (17th April – 15th July)
89 – 31 days 90% of total booking fee (16th July – 12th September)
30 days or less 100% of total booking fee (13th September)
VISITOR TRACKING AND DATA CAPTURE
LIVE COMPETITION
The show app, for iOS and Android devices, includes a scan and reward feature which enables visitors to participate in a live competition to encourage them to visit all areas of the show.
Exhibitors will be able to participate by displaying an ‘Enter Here’ sign on their stand and will be provided with a unique code that when requested by the show visitor is entered into the app. The person(s) with the most captured
codes from around the show will be featured on a live leaderboard and entered into a draw to win a prize.
For exhibitors this ensures their stand is visited and also provides an opportunity to hand out special offer vouchers for people who have made a specifi c trip to their stand. The cost of participating in the competition is £150 per exhibitor.
