IF YOU ARE CREATING THE ARTICLE: 1. Optimal length 300-400 words2. Please provide multiple photos (800 x 640 pixels)3. Please provide the URL for links4. Provide author name, title, company logo5. One-sentence company description (i.e. Loews Hotels is a leading provider of
flexible meeting space in all major markets.)
Policy on thought leadership content vs. advertorial and article performance: >> The goal of sponsored thought leadership pieces are to establish your authority and credibility in your field, and
to provide information and advice that’s so valuable readers won’t mind that it’s sponsored.
>> The less this reads like an ad, the more likely it is to get read and shared, so write the piece in the first-person and keep references to your products and services to a minimum throughout the piece (or alternately, keep them in for the print version and let us strip some of it for the online version). Unlike in print, readers are only one click away from learning more about your products online, so you don’t need to include as much self-promotion, and keep readers on the page longer by breaking up large blocks of text within the article itself.
>> We don’t have the same space constraints on the website as we do in print, so we prefer to use more photos if possible, since images are key to getting readers to click on the web article, they help significantly with social media promotion and keep readers on the page longer by breaking up large blocks of text within the article itself.
>> If you decide to include your logo in the piece, we recommend that you keep it small—just hyperlinking your name at the top (“Sponsored by Mercer”) and in the sentence at the bottom of the article piece (e.g. “Mercer is a global consulting leader in talent, health, retirement, and investments.”) is usually better for this type of article so that it reads more like editorial content and less like an ad.
IF WE ARE CREATING THE CONTENT1. Allow 2-4 weeks for article creation2. Please provide three article headline choices based on article topic3. Article topic can be suggested by our team or by you4. Please provide photos or source where we can acquire photos5. Please provide logos, one-sentence company description and URL links

360° Virtual Tours
IF SOMEONE CANNOT BE THERE IN PERSON, THIS IS THE NEXT BEST THING.Invite your prospective customers to personally visit your meeting and event site with a 360 Virtual Tour. Viewers can tour your facility, navigating between scenes/rooms. Embedded photos and videos, a floor plan and a geo-location map can be added to provide for a completely immersive and interactive experience.
RATES BASE FEE$2,000This is per physical location.
PRICE PER SCENE$200This is the cost per scene or area you would like to have photographed. Usually one 360 is sufficient per room. For very large rooms additional photographs may be desired.
PRICE PER EMBEDDED PHOTO AND/OR VIDEO$100A welcome video or existing video, and/or photos of a restaurant menu or room that might be too small for a 360 are great ways to enhance the viewing and learning experience.
PRELIMINARY PLANNINGWe will schedule the photography and work with you to ensure the location is properly prepared and styled for the shoot.
PROOFINGWe will review the photos with you before we create the tour, and then send you proofs of the tour and update as necessary until we arrive at the final tour.
HOSTING$2,500 annuallyIf we are producing your 360 Virtual Tour, we will host your tour for one year on our ten regional websites and our national website without charging the annual hosting fee. After the first year, or if you already have a 360 Virtual Tour that you would like to have appear on our sites, the annual hosting fee will apply.

TIGER OAK MEDIAThe story of Tiger Oak began with the release of its first title, Minnesota Bride magazine, in June 1993. Created for the discerning bride-to-be, Minnesota Bride presents the area’s best resources and experts to help make her event unique and memorable.
The magazine’s combination of stunning design and smart stories caught the attention of readers and advertisers alike. It also set the tone for what Tiger Oak was, and is, more than 20 years later: a publishing company committed to high quality and thoughtful attention to detail on every level. As publishing evolved, so, too, has the company. Today Tiger Oak is a media firm, delivering content to targeted audiences through glossy magazines as well as through websites, enewsletters, social media and high-profile events.
Whether a project is print, digital or an event, our commitment to superior design, content, presentation and customer service is clear. That commitment is what has made Tiger Oak brands among the very best in their niches and why everyone from Fortune 100 companies to the individual entrepreneur wants to engage with what we create.
