Stephane JasminFounder & CEO
Stephane founded DisclosureNet in 2002 to meet the market demand for a comprehensive and reliable disclosure research solution. He brings over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, leadership capabilities and technical innovation to DisclosureNet.
Prior to founding DisclosureNet, Stephane served as President and CEO of IR Gateway, a provider of online investor communication solutions, where he helped propel the company’s strategy and vision, resulting in its listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Stephane holds an Honors Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
Paul HillPresident
As President, Paul Hill is responsible for the sales, marketing, and client service functions at DisclosureNet. Paul draws upon his expertise in leading complex global organizations and his deep understanding of the disclosure management space to position DisclosureNet for future growth and success.
Prior to DisclosureNet, Paul was responsible for the global Performance Management (PM) business at IBM, which includes solutions for the Office of Finance including budgeting and planning, consolidations, financial reporting, and scorecarding. Paul led IBM’s entry into the Sales Performance Management market. He came to IBM through the 2010 acquisition of Clarity Systems, where he was COO.
Peter KajuChief Financial Officer
Peter has over 20 years’ experience in senior financial roles in both private and public-company settings, overseeing all aspects of finance and other corporate functions.
Prior to joining DisclosureNet, Peter was the CFO of Embanet where he played a pivotal role in the sale of the company to two VCs. Peter has also held a number of senior financial roles with companies such as Warner Lambert Pfizer, IR Gateway, Roche, C5 Group and KPMG.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Certified General Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor and most recently received his ICD.D certification from the Rotman School of Management.
