•The MIAA does not pay for tournaments !!!
•In Middle School Football the schools pay the officials and the EMT and the MIAA will reimburse the school
•The schools are responsible for paying the assigning agent’s fee. This fee will be paid by the MIAA and taken out of the schools officials reimbursement in that sport
•High School Basketball will be reimbursed for (3) officials in League Games and (2)officials in Non-League Games; (3)officials for football Middle/JV (4) officials for play-offs/championships)
•Do not take it upon yourselves to reimburse your school after the deadline. (by submitting your own requisitions to Accounts Payable). Reimbursements for any Athletic Reimbursement must be handled by the MIAA

IMPORTANT NOTICE!! 123. MIAA Athletic Meetings
The MIAA Office will hold meetings at designated areas throughou t the year to organize the up - coming sports. IT is required that every school be represented at meetings. Schools not represented at an official MIAA meeting will be fined $50.00. Notification of attendance at eac h meeting will be sent to the Principals.
• Instead of accessing the fines and fees after each missed meeting, the MIAA compiles and send documentation of Non - attendance to your school. All non compliances will be unable to get stickers until Financial obligation is met!!

2012 - 13 Assigning Agent ’ s Fee The MIAA is responsible for reimbursements for officials used in the
following sports after the assigning agent ’ s fee is deducted.
The following fees for regular season varsity contests have been set by the Board of Control. These fees do not
apply to invitational tournaments. J.V. or B-Team, freshman, and middle school fees are not set. These fees are to
be determined by member schools and the local association. The fees have been set for 2012-13.
Doubleheader fees apply to regular season contests only (does not apply to invitational tournaments) and to
basketball where there are no more than 15 minutes between games and to baseball and softball where there are
no more than 30 minutes between games.
