EMG Needle Electrodes

Technomed Disposable Concentric EMG Needle Electrodes

The Needle is gold plated and has a Platinum-Iridium electrode wire. This ensures that even the smallest change in muscle activity is being detected. The needles are equipped with an ultrasharp tip and an ergonimically designed coaxial hub with an orientation-free (360o) "Slide-In™" connector. This ensures a secure mechanical and electrically optimal connection between the needle and the cable. Furthermore are artifacts and other electrical disturbances effectively shielded. The needles have been designedfor patient safety and ease of use.

Reusable Concentric EMG Needles

These concentric EMG needle Electrodes, which are reusable, are equiped with a platinum-iridium wire core in stainless steel. The electrode head is designed as a sub-miniature coaxial connector through which fast and orientation free connections can be made.

Single-Fiber EMG Needle Electrode

A platinum recording surface has been made opposite the cutting edge, 5.0 mm away from the tip. The position of the recording area is indicated on the connector with a white dot. The core of the electrode has a diameter of 25 µm.

Needle Sharpening set

Designed for accurate and uniform sharpening of reusable EMG concentric and single-fiber needle electrodes. Needle holder consists of two blocks bolted together at their sides. A 15 degree angle matches that of the two blocks bolted together at their sides. A 15 degree angle matches that of the needle's point and a 27 degree angle is for sharpening the facets of the needle tip. EMG Accessories Bar Electrode with Strap

This product consists of two durable stainless steel disk electrodes with 8 mm (0.31") diameters and 30 mm (1.18") spacing. The electrode holder features a feed-through for the fixation of the velcro strap. The electrode is coded for polarity. One adjustable velcro strap is included. De cable has a length of 1 metre (40"). The cable terminates in a connector of choice.

Bipolair Felt Pad Electrode

Our bipolar felt pad electrode is available with an adjustable velcro strap. The product consists of two versatile and convenient stimulating electrodes. The surface stimulating electrode consists of two 8 mm (0.31") felt pads in a stainless steel holder.

The spacing between the tips is 25 mm (1.0"). Each electrode is coded for polarity. The felt pad tips should be soaked in a normal saline solution for a few minutes, before a small amount of gel is applied. Four felt pads are included in the electrode package. The 1.00 metre (40") cable terminates in a choice of connectors.

Velcro® Straps

The Velctro straps are designed to stretch while being used. This provides comfort to the patient while holding electrodes securely. Straps may be attached to each other for large limb applications. The size is 0.02 metre (0.79") x 0.55 metre (22"). There are 3 straps per package.

Small Stimulation Electrode

EEG Electrodes EEG Electrodes from Technomed Europe

These EEG cup electrodes have been designed to withstand long-term use by medical technicians. The precision stamped electrodes are available in two diameters: the pediatric, 6 mm (0.24") or the adult, 10 mm (0.39") size.

They are stamped in two materials, 99.9% pure silver (Ag) or tin (Sn). The silver electrodes are then covered with a heavy gold-plate, silver chlorided or kept silver. Earclip Electrodes

The earclip electrodes consist of two cup electrodes mounted as an earclip. These twin cup electrodes are available in four different surface options: silver, silver/chloride, gold-plated or tin.

The cups themselves come in two diameters, either 10 mm (0.39") or 6 mm (0.24"). All electrodes are attached to a 1.00 metre (40") or 1.50 metre silicone coated wire, terminating in an optional connector type.

Corkscrew Electrode

The Corkcsrew electrode is reliable alternative to the disc electrode system. It is easy to insert, requires little preparation and eliminates collodion drying time. It has 1cm hub and is designed to stay fixed in-place during these surgeries. The needle has 0,60mm in diameter (23G) and the tip is machine sharpened at 25 degrees angle. Cap systems for EEG

Quik-Cap

The Quik-Cap from Neuromedical Supplies is a cap complete with Electrodes. The electrodes are being kept in place by rubber holders. These holders are much more comfortable for the patient then alternative systems. The chin-strap is also more comfortable because it is led over the point of the chin and NOT under the chin. Every electrode position is clearly marked. The material of the cap is very flexible so that with one cap a larger range of headsizes is covered. The electrodes are available in different materials: Gold, Ag/AgCl or Sintered Ag/AgCl.

The wiring is led around the outside of the cap, and is bundeled in a connector. The number of electrodes can vary from 19 to 128.

One has to have at least one EBA (Electrode Board Adapter) in order to connect the cap to the EEG equipment.

EasyCap

Easycap

Easycap is a cap system in which the positions of the electrodes contain a flat plastic holder. In these holders the ring-shaped sintered electrodes are placed by the user. This means that after cap and electrode placement on the head, one still has access to the skin to improve contact quality. For several sizes of caps you only need one set of electrodes. Defective electrodes can be replaced simply and immediately. The size of the cap is determined by headcircumference. Available sizes: 38, 40, 42…58, 60, 62 cm

Systeem-sets

System sets have everything to start immediately: caps, electrodes, Abralyt 2000, electrodholders already placed in the cap according to the choosen configuration. Maximum of three caps in a set. Don’t forget to indicate the sizes.

Multi-Modal Markers for Radiology

These markers have been designed to work with different image modalities, such as MRI, CT and PET. They show up as clear and exact reference points in the scan. The donut-shaped hydro gel disks are closed with a plastic layer. Then comes a paper layer with a self-adhesive side. This allows the markers to be attached easily. The markers are non-sterile.
