First priority is given to charity items auctioned where 100% of the proceeds will benefit Curing Kids Cancer. Second priority will be given to charity items auctioned where a part of the proceeds will benefit Curing Kids Cancer. Third priority will be given to items and/or charities supported or sponsored by long-standing, loyal customers of Mecum Auctions. Fourth priority will be given to all other charity requests. 2.) Mecum Auctions must receive in advance, a copy of the most recently filed federal tax return of the charity. 3.) The charity must have a clear, written statement indicating the tax deductibility/non deductibility of purchasing a charity vehicle or other item at auction. 4.)
