2012 TRAINING SEMINARSREgISTRATION & CONFIRMATION FORM“EqUIPMENT PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTINg”

SAfE

This is your official registration form for ALL the NEW MECO Equipment & Troubleshooting Preventative Maintenance seminars to be held 2012. As space is limited only two employees per warehouse may attend and take the certification exam. Training includes MECO training manuals. A complete set of manufacturer’s part books / repair & technical manuals, log & report sheets, lunch and beverages (for 2 people). All other costs are the responsibility of the attendees and are not included. Please let us know as soon as possible which seminars you are interested in attending.

Ideally, we recommend one person from maintenance and one person from the department covered; possibly the department manag-ers upon approval from your regional manager. If department personnel cannot attend, then the next best choice would be to send two maintenance persons; each warehouse should have a MECO-trained back-up person to cover vacations, sick days and days off. Attendees will receive a comprehensive syllabus and fresh food equipment preventative maintenance regimen as well as a variety of tools for performing diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures.

The training will be held at: REDDINg *MODESTO* Ramada limited holiday Inn Express (Central valley Room) 1286 Twin View Blvd 4300 Bangs Avenue Redding, CA 96003 Modesto, CA 95356 Phone: (530) 246-2222 Phone: (209) 543-9009 Register your personnel by providing the information requested below and faxing this form to MECO at: 530-241-1316 or call 1-800-253-7646.
