1. GeneralInstallation of Sales Gas Metering Package, Venting System, Power Generation system,Potable

Pertamina - Talisman, Jambi.

2. PurposeThis procedure covers the installation Mechanical with reference to specifications, standards

and drawings provided by the client and as a guide for companies to carry out the above work.

4. Description of Procedure

4.1 . Receipt and Storage

All Equipment must be checked before being installed first. Inspection is done togetherwith the client and vendor equipment. Check is performed to see whether the condition

of the equipment is damaged or accessories missing.

In the inspection process must be tailored to the list by taking into account the size of

the shipment. In the event of damage or loss of the components to be made in the form

of a written report MRR.

In the work JOB Pertamina-Talisman Jambi company has the scope of work on the

truck then mounted admission to the foundation.

4.2. Inspection before Installation.

The following are the steps that must be done prior to installation:-  Assure that the foundation has been properly inspected in accordance with the

dimensions given in the drawings and have markers at the point coordinates.

(Accompanied by the report of the surveyor and the results of the inspection along

with the client).

-  Ensure that it is raining at the time of installation

-  Check the position of the anchor bolt and tilt tolerance is in accordance with the

specifications and construction drawings and compare it to the dimensions of the

 bolt holes on the equipment that will be installed.

-  Setting up the instrument in the form of cranes, chain blocks, slings wire / belt

slings, sackle and others that will be used in accordance with the capacity toconvince and adoptive.

-  Ensure that the crane had a solid foundation, if it should be necessary hardening or

setting up a steel plate that corresponds to the capacity.

-  Perform chipping at the foundation approximately 3-5 cm.

-  Then mark the position of the padding plate

-  The surface to be cleaned, and the former chipping moistened, then given cemen

grouting for padding plate and make sure that the elevation of padding plate in

accordance with the specifications or drawing.

5. Equipment Installation

5.1 Equipment :

a. Sales Gas Filter 38 Inch (OD), 120 Inch (H), Weight 4.800 Kg

 b. Vent CO2 Snuffing Package

c. Vent Stack 

d. Emergency Diesel Generator Package Dim. 2 m x 1.2 m x 1.35 m, Weight 1.100 Kg

e. Diesel Supply Tank Dimension 2.54 m x 76.2 m x 1.35 m, Weight 330 Kg

f. Potable Water Overhead Tank 

g. Equipment Fire Fighting and Safety System

Installation procedure as follows:

-  Installation of using a crane with a capacity of 10 tons (for load above 50 Kg)

-  Position the crane in a safe place, where there are no objects or disturbing material

at the time of swing

-  Use as a spreader and chain block lifting aids if necessary

-  Setting up a sling and sackle according to capacity and there should be no damage

to the lifting tools

-  Assure that sackle accordance with the dimensions of the hole in the lifting lug

equipment 

-  Taking into account the position of the direction of the equipment is in conformitywith the specifications and drawings 

-  Install the Equipment 

-  Assure that at the time of installation in accordance with the specification and the

desired elevation 

-  Install the anchor bolt nut 

-  When the installation is in accordance with the drawings and specifications, then

remove the sling and other tools 

-  Have a general elevation in accordance with the specifications and drawings

(accompanied by the inspection report with clients) 

-  Grouting (See Grouting Procedure)

Installation procedure as follows:

-  Installation of using a crane with a capacity of 10 tons

-  Position the crane in a safe place, where there are no objects or disturbing material

-  Setting up a sling and sackle according to capacity and there should be no damage

to the lifting tools

with the specifications and drawings 

-  Install the Gas Metering equipment

-  Assure that at the time of installation in accordance with the specification and the

desired elevation 

-  Install the anchor bolt nut

-  When the installation is in accordance with the drawings and specifications, then

remove the sling and other tools 

-  Have a general elevation in accordance with the specifications and drawings

(accompanied by the inspection report with clients) 

-  Grouting (See Grouting Procedure)

6. GroutingPreparation :

a. Chipping

Perform cipping the concrete surface is still flat, so it can penetrate the grout cement

slurry and blend with the concrete base.

 b. Cleaning

After chipping activities done then proceed with cleaning the floor surface until no dust,

and other materials to cause the cement grout that may not converge

c. Making Formwork 

Formwork need to be made so that at the time of pouring cement grout did not come out

of the foundation going in the grout

d. Preparing Grouting Equipment and Water 

Prepare all equipment for the preparation of a grouting cement mixers, clean water.

e. Clean up

After all the preparation is done, then pour water into the location that will digrouting

and let the condition for about 2 hours, then dry the area.

f. Grouting Process

-  After all the preparation is done, it should be noted that the temperature of the water 

must follow the appropriate temperature required in the procedure (procedure

 parbik).

-  Ensure that the results of mixing cement grout according to manufacturer's

standards

-  Add water into the mixing vessel and stir slowly until the condition completely

fused cement with water for approximately 5 minutes. (See table 1.1)

-  Once the mixture is completely blended, pour cement grout mixture is stirred slowly

into bagasting that has been provided on one side (see figure 1.1).

-  Mortar shall evenly to fill every pore under the base plate-  After all the grouting process is done, then let the cars for 3 days (72) hours and the

condition should be kept moist by watering.
