RULE BOOK

The game will be played in a knockout format. The winner of coin toss will decide which color he/she

wants to play with. Time limit 10mins + 2mins each The player who loses all his/her 2 minutes, loses the game. In case of stalemate, the match will be considered as a

draw. There will be a rematch to decide the winner. If a player does not arrive within 10 minutes of the fixed

time of match, he/she will be disqualified, and the other person will be given a walkover without a match.

A player can resign at any time during the game. The referee has the supreme power over the game. He can

disqualify any player at any time of the game because of misconduct, misbehave or any other problem.

International rules will apply, that includes castling and enpassant.

All rules are liable to change.

Chess Competition


Maps: de_dust2, de_inferno, de_nuke & de_train.Map will be decided by a toss.A Clan will play with 5 (max.) players at a time.All players names must be in the format of their team tag +

gaming alias i.e. ( ASME | Mahad)Side (terrorist or counter terrorist) will be decided by a knife

round in which one team have to eliminate other.Final will be best of 3 maps.Starting money is 800$ and round time is 1 min 45 sec.In case of tie 6 extra rounds will be played(3 as terrorist and

3 as counter terrorist)Extra round starting money is 10,000$.Buy time is 15 seconds.Once the match starts, players will not be able to dispute a

match on the grounds of match settings.Each team will be responsible for checking the other team's

roster is valid BEFORE the match begins, disputes regardingteams using un-rostered players will not be valid after thecompletion of the match.


A double-elimination tournament is broken into two sets of brackets, the Winners Bracket and Losers Bracket (W and L Brackets for short; also sometimes Upper Bracket and Lower Bracket, respectively). After the first round, the winners proceed into the W Bracket and the losers proceed into the L Bracket. The W Bracket is conducted in the same manner as a single-elimination tournament, except of course that the losers of each round "drop down" into the L Bracket.

However the host team is liable to change this format in case the number of teams increases.

University recommends player to bring their own mice and headphones to simulate their own best playing environment .University will provide mice and keyboard but not headphones and mouse pads.

Only team captains are allowed to talk to referee in case of any problem.

Any protest or disagreement with tournament’s rule must be made directly to server admin at the time of incident.

Server admin decisions will be final. Any form of cheating or violation of above rules will result

in warning or disqualification of players/team.

NOTE: The Administrators reserve the right to modify the rules

as needed. This includes changes due to software updates or

releases, event organizer decisions and all other changes

deemed necessary to run a successful tournament. Teams are

responsible to check the rules prior to the event to ensure they

are in complete compliance. Teams must understand that rules

listed are guidelines to ensure fair and competitive play and are

subject to interpretation by the administrators based on the spirit

of the game.


Design a mechanically self-propelling vehicle which willhave to travel the given track in minimum possible time.A maximum 4 members per team is allowed.

The size of the car should be less than 20*12*16cm The vehicle is to move a distance of 2m over the track of

30cm width.

These teams will propell their car one by one on the track. The team finishing in less time will proceeds to the next

round.

Qualifying teams of preliminary round will participate infinal.

The teams will then have to propel their vehicle in thereverse direction over the track.

The team taking minimum time to complete the taskwould win.



Here is the basic design of "Self-Propelling Vehicle's Track”,actual dimensions may not be exact.All units are in centimeters.

No initial velocity should be imparted by the contestant tothe vehicle.

Participants have to submit their design’s blue prints. Final vehicle should match with the blue prints else they

will be disqualified. It would be difficult to propell in reverse direction on

track. Use of electric/electronic components is NOT permitted.
