How do we replicate the survey in other municipalities, cities, provinces?

What can we make of the wealth of data from the Visitor Surveys?
How can we make use of this body of information for a more integrated analysis, say, in analyzing the impact or benefits of tourism to the economy of the municipality/ city/ province?
… But what is TSA?
Policy making? Promotions and Marketing?Basis for infrastructure planning? Etc.
We do have a tool to do this - the TSA.
