PROJECT UPDATE
Located at San Pablo Park, the Frances Albrier Community Center is a place where community members can
reserve spaces for private events and attend classes. This project is for the planning and design of the
upgrade of the Frances Albrier Community Center to a Care and Shelter facility.

City’s all-electric goal● Dry rot at roofs● Long wait list for programs● Rooms are few and small● Lacks programing for adults● Poor visual connection to park● Spaces are not flexible● Poor indoor lighting● Doesn’t feel like an inviting
