Valve Servicing
Westech Industrial Inc. is an industry-leading distributor of world class industrial valves, including Anderson-Greenwood, Crosby and Varec pressure relief valve products. We are certi�ed to repair all makes and models of safety valves whether they are Sec. I or Sec. VIII certi�ed and our Burlington facility is a VR certi�ed safety valve repair center.
Our testing facilities include a steam boiler test stand for pressures up to 800 psig., two air test stands rated up to 4000 psig and liquid testing capabilities of up to 3000 psig. All of our test stands are equipped with highly accurate digital pressure gauges which capture each set pressure test point.
Complimenting our Varec product line, Westech also offers repair and testing for all low pressure non-code pressure relief products, such as; low pressure pilot valves and pressure / vacuum tank vents and tank blanketing valves. Our shop provides full repair servicing to Yarway ARC (Automatic Recirculating Pump) protection valves, and is equipped with the capabilities to repair and test Ball valves, Butter�y valves, Plug valves and Pneumatic actuated valves.

The Westech mobile service unit provides extensive �eld repair capabilities and carries a �eld VR. We have portable test stands as well as an in-line testing device, AVK, that can verify set point on PRVs in-situ while providing total on-site PRV repair service and testing capabilities.
Technical Service at Westech means that our customers will always have the backup of a professional, dedicated technical support department. The technical service team are trained in all aspects of safety valve testing and repair. Our technicians are fully certi�ed and factory trained to bring you the very best in servicing and maintaining product integrity in your pressure relief products. They are experienced in testing high pressure welded steam valves in power plants as well as PRVs in process plants.
As a result, the Westech Technical Services team can successfully support problem resolution with a broad knowledge of products and applications. Through our planned maintenance programs, our technicians can help extend the life of your valuable equipment, reducing equipment breakdowns, lost productivity, and lost revenue. Mobile Valve Servicing (Ontario Only)
Westech Industrial Ltd. offers on-site repair services for all types of valves from any manufacturer. By bringing this service to we can offer a quick turnaround, cost ef�ciency and minimize the impact on project scheduling and equipment.
With fully equipped mobile units and a highly trained team of expert technicians, Westech Valve Service provides a wide range of valve services at customer locations across Ontario. Each technician under goes an in-depth, hands-on �eld training to earn their factory certi�cation. Westech Service Technicians will work with maintenance teams to determine what service is required: repair, replace or re-certify.
