Five Characteristics of Meaningful Learning(1) Active (2) Constructive (3) Intentional(4) Authentic(5) Cooperative
Howland, et. al (2012) describe these characteristics as interrelated, interactive, and interdependent (p. 5). Howland et. al also refers to learning with technology and not learning from technology. (p 5)
