• 1.75 shares of the capital stock of the Highland Ditch.
• 46 shares of the Terry Lateral Ditch.
• 100% Storage rights in the Crystal Lake (138 ac-ft dry-year decreed, 200 ac-ft actual storage.
• 50% interest in the Frank and Darby Slough (runs year-round, estimated to yield 2.8 ac-ft/day.
•#1 irrigation slough, pumped yields 1,000 gal/min year-round, adjudicated at 800 gpm.
•#2 irrigation slough, pumped yields 500 gal/min year-round, adjudicated at 300 gpm.

RECREATION/WILDLIFEs
