Giving Honor The Bible in both testaments instructs us to appreciate godly people and to show them honor. -"The one whose walk is blameless...despises a vile person but honors those who fear the LORD" (Psa. 15:1, 4 NIV). -"...honor people like him, because he almost died for the work of Christ. He risked his life to make up for the help you yourselves could not give me" (Phil. 2:29-30). MV became familiar with the Disaster Response Team (DRT) during the aftermath of the December 26th tornado. Greg and Karen Kofahl have continued to volunteer with DRT in other disasters (as the Bowles have too). The following was posted on DRT's Facebook page. **DRT COORDINATOR HIGHLIGHT** Greg and Karen Kofahl - Garland, Texas DRT Administrative and Donation Coordinators (Greg graciously added the role of Tool/Equipment Coordinator for the Louisiana Flood Relief) We are beyond blessed that Greg and Karen are part of the DRT team!! We can always count on both of them to do whatever is needed and they continuously go above and beyond. They both are true examples of being the hands and feet of Jesus! If you've volunteered with DRT you also know that they always have a huge case full of games with them and enjoy spending down time in the evenings playing games with the other coordinators and

volunteers. ❤ Please help us wish Greg a happy birthday as

well as both of them a wonderful anniversary! We love you Greg and Karen!! I'm thankful for Greg and Karen and so many other MV members (space won't allow me to list you all) who sacrificially serve the Lord!
