Given the vested interests, it must be conducted by independent bodies and persons There is a need to review current practices which has resulted in differences across similar job content areas, in terms of salary levelsJE should result in more productive staff, and improved service delivery

Going forward?As a content specific area, JE should lead to greater accountability in terms of HR management and increased transparency in terms of what is happening in departments Going forward, JE data should result in M&E reports that indicate what the changes and challenges are.
