Dear Parents,

We are happy to present to you our brochure of activities for the 2nd semester of 2015-2016 for students from 6th to 8th grade.

This semester, students will have different choices of activities such as Theater, Cooking, Coding/Computer Programming, Latin and Test Prep.

Our music program will offer piano, guitar, violin, drum and ukulele lessons with Ryan Langlois, Julien Budrino, Allen Weakland, Evan Closser and Rudolph Vernaz-Colas.

For those students staying with us after their activity, childcare is available with advanced registration until 6:30pm Monday through Friday.

The 6th, 7th & 8th grade students who choose to enroll in after school activities will have mandatory study hall until 4:15pm on Mondays and Fridays and until 5:15pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. They will be able to participate in activities from 4:15pm to 6:00pm. Online Registration will start on Wednesday, January 13th at 10am and will end on Monday, January 18th at 6pm.

Using online and print materials from Cambridge Latin, students will be reading, writing and speaking Latin from the first day.

RATES AND BILLING FOR THE 2nd SEMESTER (18 weeks) After School hours are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Drop-in After School activities and study hall will be charged $20 per hour. For example, if a student is registered for 2 days a week from 3:15pm to 5:00pm (1 study hall and 1 activity per day), the amount would be $964 ($162 x 2 days a week for Study Hall + $320 x 2 days a week for Activity for 1 semester). There are two payment plans available for the After School program: Option 1: Payment in full due on February 8, 2016. Option 2: First payment due February 8, 2016, and second payment due April 18, 2016.
