Some Quotes from Sabur Khan
● We should encourage our young to become an entrepreneur. They should
set up their career to be an Entrepreneur. In any case if they fail, they will
be able to become a successful employee due to his/her Entrepreneurial
strengths he achieved. I am really happy to see lot of organizations and
initiators are now moving to encourage our young generation through
various campaigns. If this encouragement goes on by all level of
stakeholders, there will be no jobless people in our country in near future.
We really need a change!
● Young should move to change the country with their innovation,
entrepreneurship & leadership. I must salute all of them who are really
eager to contribute for developing new entrepreneurs in our beloved
country. Young should prove their efficiency through innovation and be the
best in global market utilizing the technology. It will make all of us proud. I
am confident that the moment is very close when people will know
Bangladesh— a country for young entrepreneur.
● Our new generation needs to be educated and trained up in such a way
Page 70 of 71 Page of Contents
that they will believe in mind to be an entrepreneur, who will not search for
a job, rather will provide job to others.
Last but not the least:
It is revealed that without dedication, dynamism, innovativeness and risk
taking ability an entrepreneur cannot be able to add value in the society and
cannot create core competencies. Moreover, society should consider and
provide status to the wealthy section of the country not only on the basis of
the creation of their personal wealth but how much employment they can
create in their organizations. As such social outlook should be changed and
individualistic attitude should be removed. Unsystematic risk of the
organizations can be reduced through diversification of the businesses as well
as creation of the competent management of the company. Competitive
advantage in the field of the business policy may be feasible if new
entrepreneurs take lesson from the life sketch of Sabur. His group is now
working as a price leader firm in the industry. But when competition will grow
up, organizations will be more competitive and simultaneously work both as
effectively and efficiently. Ultimately services can be provided at low cost and
quality can be ensured.
Under the capable leadership of Mr. Sabur, Daffodil Family render services to
the human being and the society of the country. Daffodil Family is a
technological institution that provides education, ICT, Hardware, Software,
Internet. Now- a- days this Family contributed and involved in business in our
country and also expanded business in the international arena. As an
entrepreneur, he is a very dedicated entrepreneur due to his vision and
mission simultaneously working towards contributing economy of the
Bangladesh. Young entrepreneurs especially those who want to involve in the
ICT sector may be more interested in doing entrepreneurial activities, they can
consider Sabur as one of the pioneer entrepreneur in the field of ICT. He
worked hard to bridge the gap between digital divide. Without proper target
oriented planning and its successful implementation, entrepreneur cannot be
able to achieve the goal. Mr. Sabur worked hard and proved that he has been
working with innovative ideas, enthusiastic, dynamic, risk taking attitude,
ethical and proficient support system.
