To cancel a course registration and receive a refund, registrants must send a written request to the course administrator at [email protected] by the deadline on 23 March 2015. No refunds will be issued for requests received after the cancellation deadline.
* Please note that all cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee of RM 200 or USD 100 as appropriate.

Course registrations cannot be transferred to another person. If the registrant cannot attend the Certificate and Expert Course in Urodynamics in person for any reason, his / her registration must be cancelled, and the replacement person must register for the course separately.
