Dear Candidates,Dear Applicant, The whole process of creating this application brings me back to many memories, two times standing as candidate, hours of election processes and long journey as president. This 6 months experience is beyond my expectation. If I have to mention the biggest learning from this role,I would said this role challenge the way I am both personal and professional ,to be the best version of myself every single day! Many people will start to question themselves when they read this application, may be you are one of them. What I can tell you, this position doesn’t need a perfect individual or personalities, this position only need an individual that have belief in this organization and eager to challenge both his/herselves and this entity every single day! For sure I’m not the right person to encourage you to take this scary opportunity,it’s only you the one who know exactly yourself but always put in mind regret is the scariest thing in this world :) This is the time for brave individuals to take a stand and start to make his/her & this entity’s dream into reality. As a President AIESEC in Indonesia means that you are a part of AIESEC in Asia Pacific, What will be AIESEC in Indonesia contribution to AIESEC in Asia Pacific in term 1516?
