McLaren Northern Michigan Foundation has several patient assistance funds to help meet the needs

of your patients in our care. Patients from the furthest corners of our 22-county service area can be

assisted in a variety of ways that allow them to follow your prescribed path of care.

While funds are not able to cover the cost of office visits, patients may receive help with the following:

• Medications

• Minor medical equipment and supplies

• Transportation, food, and lodging for medical care appointments

• Mammograms, ultrasounds, and biopsies

• Orthotics and other diabetic foot supplies

• Diabetes education

• Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab
