As a dentist, Dr. Frank Nia’s goal is to provide superior service in a comfortable setting using the latest medical technology. His experience and professionalism ensure the highest quality of care, and one visit to his designer-inspired office immediately evokes a sense of calm.

Raised in Toronto, Dr. Nia knew that his calling was to help others in some way. After researching various career options (and meeting his future wife who was studying to be a dentist), he decided that dentistry would allow him to realize his goals. He received his BBA in Management from Georgia State University before earning his DMD at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine. There he also received a scholarship to the Graduate School of Education, where his earned his MSEd.

Since completing his studies in 2007, Dr. Nia has opened the McDonough Center for Family Dentistry, which specializes in dental care for every age group. His goal is to build honest, long-term relationships with his patients by thoroughly explaining the state their oral health, and then carefully listening to their concerns and needs. He strives to make sure his patients’ expectations match his clinic’s capabilities. “This transparent relationship is why people truly value our level of care,” he says. “I can change the stigma of dentistry into something people value.”

Dr. Nia’s clinic also offers specialist services within the same facility. “From baby to grandma, we want to take care of everyone,” he explains. His office accomplishes this by maintaining flexible hours six days a week to accommodate today’s busy family. And the office environment is truly an accommodating space.
