Our nationally recognized general construction, design/build and construction management firm is headquartered in suburban Chicago, Illinois. McShane Construction established a Southwestern regional office in Phoenix, Arizona in 2000; its Western regional office in Irvine, California in 2004; and its Southeastern regional office in Auburn, Alabama in 2005.

Construction Management At-RiskFor clients who prefer to complete design prior to engaging the contractor, we offer construction management at-risk. Under this approach, McShane Construction commits to a guaranteed price for the project, providing our clients with the security of a construction cost that will not be exceeded. This method offers the potential for our clients to share in the savings should costs come in below the guaranteed price.
