CoroMill the multi-purpose milling system with high performing tool solutions covering heavy roughing to smoothest mirror finishing in all materials.Try effective removers like the CoroMill 245 face mill with large 18 mm inserts - or the robust CoroMill 200 - and finish with the extra light cutting CoroMill 245-12 also capable of mirror finishing when equipped with dedicated insert geometries. Outstanding choices for versatile profile milling in three to five axes machine tools are the CoroMill 300 cutter and CoroMill Ball Nose Finishing end mill. CoroMill 300 in extra close pitched version is also a true high feed miller. CoroMill 210 is the multi-functional profiling tool - equally good for high feed face milling as it is for plunge milling. The profiling cutter CoroMill 790 and the face mill CoroMill Century are by their unique designs dedicated solutions for safe and productive high speed machining of aluminium the steel body version of CoroMill Century is also the tool for fast finishing of cast iron. Almost all types of rough and semi-finishing operations are covered by the universal CoroMill 390 concept - comprising end mills as well as shoulder and long edge cutters together with a huge programme of insert sizes, grades and geometries making it The prime milling concept.
CoroMill Plura is the solid carbide concept of precision end mills with capability for near net shape finishing of hard parts using HSM but also for general finishing applications in most materials. To complement with every CoroMill tool there is a vast programme of CoroMill cutting edges with geometries and grades developed for certain application areas in order to provide optimal productivity. A cutting edge with-M geometry represents the first choice for a general milling operation, -L geometries cover light machining whilst geometries designated with -H are the most suitable for demanding applications. Coromants vast programme of grade symbols indicate the most suitable field of application. These symbols stand for different cutting edge materials like PVD and CVD coated carbides, polycrystalline diamonds (PCD), polycrystalline boron nitride (CBN) and ceramics.
