1 MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. Class “A” – Blue 14-12-81 SUBJECT: PROVIDING AMATEUR RADIO OPERATORS WITH IDENTIFICATION CARDS. In order to promote the interest of radio amateurism in the country, all amateur radio operators shall be provided with Identification Cards upon the issuance of licenses that may be applied for by them. The Identification Cards to be issued shall be by class of license, bearing the signature of the Commissioner or his duly authorized representative and the dry seal of the Commission, in accordance with the following colors: Class “B” – Yellow Class “C” – White Holders of said cards may use them for identification purposes in dealing with this Commission and its regional offices and in such other appropriate occasions.
