H A N D L E S :Ergonomically designed for comfort and control.

B L A D E S :Rust-resistant, stainless steel and hardened to a RockwellC-Scale Hardness Grade of 52, they are harder than almostanything you cut which allows each knife to keep its edgesharp and ready to use every time.

WHAT M A K E S T H E K N I V E S S O G O O D ?Each Slicer blade has small stipples (teeth which extendbeyond the Miracle Blades' exclusive convexor edge). Theseare incredibly hard and designed to cut through bone, grizzle,

and cartilage. Sandwiched between every two stipple teethis the heart of the cutting edge: the specially designed convex-or edge. Similar to a straight edge but with a slight convexshape, it slices through almost any food like a hot knifethrough butter. The stippled edge protects the convexor edgeso you get a knife that never needs sharpening. The AllPurpose Slicer and Rock ‘n Chop are also hollow ground oneach side so they're perfect for lefties and righties.

S ECRETS TO EASY CUTT ING , CARV ING AND SL IC ING

Slicing:Use light downward pressure and long even strokes. Let theblade do the work.

Carving:This is the hard one for most people. Point the tip on a slightlydownward angle and cut against the grain of the meat. Uselong even strokes. When cutting roasts, chicken and turkey, allow the meats to sit for 10 to 15 minutes after coming out ofthe oven.

Frozen Foods:You are cutting a block of ice. Pick your spot. Start the cut from

the back of the blade and draw straight towards yourself to seta groove. Use long easy strokes and be careful. Try using ahand towel to hold food as frozen foods may be slippery.

Breads and Cake:Use light, even and long strokes. NEVER PRESS DOWN. Letthe knife do the work.

Great for:• Carving meats • Slicing breads and cakes • Slicing tomatoes, watermelon and pineapples • Cutting frozen foods

ALL PURPOSE SL I C ERUse this blade for most carving, slicing and frozen foods.

Chopping:Place knife where you want and press straight down. You canalso try rocking the blade back and forth to chop and julienneyour food. Hold the handle only to use like a cleaver. For slic-ing, push down, pulling slightly back at the same time.

Great for:• Cutting ribs and chops • Chopping tuna, chicken and turkeyfor salads • Chopping cabbage, celery or any hard vegetables• Cutting frozen sausage • Cutting fresh herbs, spices and nuts

C H O P ‘ N S C O O P :A perfect compliment to our Rock 'n Chop. It has the controlball and a straight edge for chopping and mincing. It's flexibleand works like a spatula for scooping up food and placing itright into the pan.
